Ich habe dieses Jahr schon einige Rezepte mit Kürbis gekocht, und frage mich warum ich noch nie auf die Idee gekommen bin, Kürbis Schnitzel zu machen?! Als Vegetarier experimentiert man ja tatsächlich viel mit allerlei Gemüse und sorgt gerne für Abwechslung auf dem Teller.
