Wer mich kennt, weiß, dass ich total auf einfache Rezepte stehe..😍Onepot ist ja schon ziemlich geil, aber wenn man in einer Pfanne auch noch unterschiedliche Komponenten zubereiten kann, dann geh ich ja an die Decke 😅👍🏼
In die Pancake Mischung habe ich noch frische Blaubeeren gegeben, das macht sie noch saftiger. Zum Schluss kommt noch Schokoladensauce über die Pancakes und dann richtet man sie mit dem gegrillten Obst an! Ein absoluter Gaumenorgasmus 🥰🥰
Blaubeer Pancakes
Zutaten
375 g Blaubeeren
200 g Schmand
1 Päckchen Vanillin-Zucker
4 EL + 200 ml Milch
25 g Butter oder Margarine
2 Eier (Größe M)
50 g Zucker
1 Prise Salz
1 (200 g) Becher griechischer Joghurt
200 g Mehl
1/2 Päckchen Backpulver
30 g Butterschmalz
100 ml Ahornsirup zum Beträufeln
2 Nektarinen
1 Ananas
Anleitung
Blaubeeren verlesen, waschen und gut abtropfen lassen. Schmand und Vanillin-Zucker mit den Schneebesen des Handrührgerätes cremig schlagen. Zuletzt 4 EL Milch unterrühren.
Fett schmelzen, abkühlen lassen. Eier, Zucker und Salz mit den Schneebesen des Handrührgerätes cremig rühren. Joghurt, Fett und 200 ml Milch unterrühren. Mehl und Backpulver mischen und unterrühren. 250 g Blaubeeren unterheben.
Butterschmalz in der Pfanne erhitzen. Darin portionsweise je 2 Pancakes sowie Obst bei mittlerer Hitze von jeder Seite ca. 2 Minuten goldbraun backen. Aus der Pfanne nehmen und auf einem vorgewärmten Teller stapeln. Warm halten. Insgesamt ca. 12 Pancakes backen.
Etwas Vanille-Schmand und Blaubeeren auf die Pancakes geben. Mit Ahornsirup und Schokoladensauce beträufeln. Blaubeeren dazureichen und servieren.
